Anyone not familiar with the cotton Tolosa Tupida berets could mistakingly believe that a cotton beret is an inferior copy of the real thing... Nothing could be further away from the truth! These berets were developed by Bonigor in the mid 1990's and it took years to get them to the excellent berets they are now. Stiff, heavy weight cotton that keeps it's shape, yet remains very flexible, breathes and offers optimal protection from the sun and weather, manufactured according to the same age-old tradition as the merino version of these great berets.
The berets measure 31cm/12.2" in diameter and, only for the brave, there are the very large 'Plato Grandes en Algodon', in 35cm (or 13.8") diameter! All are available in a large range of colours.
