The Boinas Castilla are made by the Montevidean Fabrica Nacional de Sombreros, a traditional manufacturer of Basque berets. Have a look here at their beautiful and interesting web site.
These berets are lighter in density than the Boinas Tolosa Tupida by Bonigor SA, Argentina but show the same craftsmanship and quality. These berets are especially suited for warmer weather.
Both the merino wool and the 100% cotton berets fit best on larger sized heads; size 58 and up.
